“Christian love embraces everybody, regardless of race or origin, expecting no benefits of gratitude.” – (Decree on the Missions)

The Little Servant Sisters never cease to respond to the call of Our Lord who reminds them constantly that the harvest is great but the laborers are few…

“The Mission is the work of bringing everyone face to face with Christ.” – Saint John Paul II

From 1928 the sisters have been evangelizing, caring for orphans, and carrying out much missionary works among youth and adults in Zambia, Africa, where they have a novitiate for local vocations.
The sisters run an orphanage, pre-schools, elementary and secondary schools, clinics, medical programs and work in the hospitals. In time, the sisters have also undertaken spiritual and corporal works of mercy in South Africa, Malawi and Tanzania, blessed with local vocations.

In 2000, the sisters started to work in Eastern Europe and presently they serve in Siberia, Ukraine, and Moldova. They assist the people by running preschools, catechize and work at parish centers, and they are especially devoted to helping the poor, neglected children of Siberia.
From the extreme cold to the extremely hot climate, everywhere, the sisters try to bring Jesus to those in need.
