Our Lady

“Purity if heart and body ought to be the most beautiful ornament of the Little Servant Sister of the Immaculate Conception (…) Since we carry this precious treasure in earthen vessels, as St. Paul exclaims, we ought to remain vigilant and precautious, keeping in mind that our body is the temple of God and the sanctuary of the Holy Spirit”.  Bl. Edmund

“Fiat – I am the handmaid of the Lord, let it be done unto me according to thy word”.

Following the example of the most humble Blessed Virgin Mary, sisters accept everything that occurs as the will of God, repeating after their Founder, Bl. Edmund,

“May it redound to the greater glory of God”.

Meditating on the mysteries of Our Blessed Lady’s life, the sisters strive to imitate Her attitudes and virtues.

Look for the only consolation and care at the foot of the Blessed Virgin as her faithful servant, and you will always see above you the blessings of Jesus from the heaven”. – Bl. Edmund

Through the prayers and sacrifices, sisters ask the Immaculate Mary for her intercession in meeting the needs of the Holy Church. Through the Marian devotions such as the Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the May and October devotions, the Litany and songs, etc., sisters promote devotion to Our
Lady to make Her loved and better known to the faithful.

The Immaculate Conception is our special patroness whose feast we celebrate on December 8.

This day is celebrated as a special Feast stemming from the title of our Congregation.

The motto of our Congregation is:

“Through Mary to Jesus”
